Who We Are
Our Journey
L&O Renovations is owned and operated by husband and wife team, David and Erin. With over 20 years of experience in the trades, David is our expert craftsman, licensed as a Home Improvement Contractor and certified as a Residential Building Inspector. Erin spent eight years in the US Army, and has extensive experience in project planning and management. David and Erin were both born and raised in NEPA, and spent their childhoods helping their parents on home renovation projects. For the past ten years, they have bought and renovated multiple homes together.
Now L&O Renovations brings that experience and dedication to your home. Our focus is on adding value to your living space through timeless craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Availability
What are your hours of operation for renovation services?

We typically work Monday thru Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm, and we work only on YOUR project until it's done.
